The following is the text of a letter received by us from Mr Anwar Ibrahim, Ex-Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia, and a good friend of the Islamic Research Institute, who is presently serving a term of imprisonment. Ed.

  • Anwar Ibrahim has been Deputy Prime Minister of Malaysia and is one of the founders of ABIM, the well-known Islamic Youth Movement of that country.
