It is not only the interpretation of Holy Quran and the source of Islamic law, but also the way of life, foundation of ethics, history of nations and the depository of divine secrets. With it life of humankind arose and grew up. The companions of Prophet Muhammad [PBUH] and, later, their successors preserved this prophetic heritage and set the principles by which we can differentiate between sound hadith and week one. These principles are called ''‘Usūl al-Ḥadīth''. ‘Usūl al-Ḥadīth'' is divided to five major branches, one of them is "Jarḥ w Taʼdīl''. In the branch of "Jarḥ w Ta‘dīl'' Muḥaddithīn choose some sentences or specific words to designate the rank of the narrator. Sometimes they deduce these sentences and words from the ''Holy Qur ‘an''. In this article the author has collected these kinds of sentences, which are deduced from the verses of Qur ‘an.
Many non-Muslim Western scholars have conducted scholarly research on Hadith and have authored numerous books. However, the notable difference between their work and that of Dr. Jonathan A.C. Brown is that Brown refutes longstanding doubts and misconceptions of Western culture. He works on the scientific foundations related to Hadith, to the extent that he stands out among contemporary Western scholars as one of the foremost defenders of Hadith. The focus of this article is to highlight the notable characteristics of his research methodology particularly in the study of Hadith. Dr. Jonathan Brown has made significant contributions in the Western world to the field of Hadith. He critically examines various theories put forward by Orientalists regarding Hadith and meticulously conducts his research, encompassing a wealth of information, covering all aspects of his subjects, and deriving logical conclusions in an organized manner.
Divergent perspectives on jurisprudential matters have persisted since the era of the Companions of the Holy Prophet. Through subsequent centuries, these differences culminated, resulting in the emergence of four schools of thought on the canvas of Islamic jurisprudence. Throughout Islamic history, numerous scholars have endeavored to create conformity among the contrasting opinions of these major jurists, with Imam Abd al-Wahhab Sha'rani standing out as a pioneering figure in initiating this. This study undertakes a meticulous examination of the varying doctrines held by these schools of thought, specifically focusing on their viewpoints regarding financial matters. Notably, the research places significant emphasis on Imam Sha'rani's pivotal role in reconciling and interpreting these contradictions. Regarding the knowledge of the reconciliation of legal matters of various strands in Islamic jurisprudence, Imam Sha'rani wrote a permanent book in this art called "Meezan Al-Kubra" He is the first person to introduce this art, and the book is the first on this topic. His theory centers on intensity and reduction in addressing jurisprudential contrasts. He outlined separate rules for the strong and the weak, emphasizing caution for the people of Taqwa and ease for the commoners. It's important to note that a strong person cannot opt for the easier option and must follow the path. Similarly, a weak person isn't obligated to follow aggravation but should stick to reduction.
This paper discusses the issue of Khul‘a through Courts. Termination of marriage by way of Talaq or Khula is the unanimously recognized way of the dissolution of marriage and continuously being practiced since the early days of Islam till date. Normally, extra judicial divorce is preferred in Islam to save the spouses from unnecessary litigations. Section 10(4) of the Family Court Act, 1964 empowers a Family Courts for dissolution of marriage, if reconciliation fails. This paper discusses opinion of various Schools of thought whether Court, according to Shariah, is empowered to grant such decree and if granted, what will be its ampacts. Federal Shariat Court examined the impugned provision of law and found it not repugnant to the injunctions of Islam and considered it as one Talaq Bain. The Court observed that there is no specific verse or authentic Hadith that provides a bar to the exercise of jurisdiction by a competent court to decree the case of Khul‘a agitated before him by wife, after reconciliation fails. Peace is seen as a catalyst for positive change within societies. While cultural and civilization differences can influence behavior, attitudes, and ways of thinking, these differences should not be considered as decisive as they are often perceived. Human beings should strive to understand each other. The Quran encourages harmony and dialogue between different traditions and cultures, offering a space for cooperation and conversation. Bridging the gaps between traditions and cultures can create an atmosphere of concord and facilitate the resolution of conflicts and disputes.

In Pakistan, extremism and hatred have assumed alarming proportions.
