Abstract

This article intends to discuss the reaction formation about the different issues in our daily life and to seek guidance from the Seerah of the Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah Almighty be upon Him). In this materialistic world, all the societies are suffering from anxiety, tension, and depression. That is why, all the persons are bigoted and xenophobic and react upon pity or untoward issues to different people. Everyone seems ready to answer the unpleasant situation with a very harsh manner, but there are very few people who face unpleasant situations and events with a smile or grin. We always give people reactions on various daily issues. Often our reaction is pleasant but sometimes our reaction is bitter rather than knowing how to react nor being educated on how to react. Neither is it a part of our education system nor are we taught by society, parents or teachers, in general, how to control our anger and emotions and how to react without hurting other people's feelings or emotions. Our reaction in response to his bad reaction should be so calm that the disturbed person becomes the captivated of our moralities. This article presents the examples from the Seerah of the Holy Prophet as He is the perfect role model for every Muslim for every aspect of life. This article aims at to decrease rivalry, hostility, enmity and animosity. It will provide new dimensions to the researchers about this topic and provide guidance and solutions about this communication and behavioral problem.
