Peer Review Process

Fikr-o Nazar adopts double blind peer review process which means that both reviewers’ and authors’ identities are concealed from each other. Research articles submitted for publication in the journal are first screened by the editorial board which may reject manuscripts without further review if they do not meet the minimum criteria of the journal. At the next stage the manuscripts are subjected to double blind peer review by at least one national and one international experts of the field.

فکرونظر میں بھیجے جانے والے مقالات کی اشاعت سے قبل ابتدائی ادارتی چھان پھٹک کی جاتی ہے۔ بعدازاں  وہ مقالہ جو ادارتی چھان پھٹک میں فکرونظر کے کم ازکم مطلوبہ معیار کے مطابق پایا جاتا ہے اس کی اشاعت سے پہلے کم ازکم ایک ملکی اورایک غیر ملکی ماہرین سے اس کی اشاعت /عدم اشاعت کے بارے میں رازدارانہ رائے لی جاتی ہے۔ اس حوالے سے یہ اہتمام کیا جاتا ہے کہ مقالہ نگار اور تبصرہ نگار کی شناخت ایک دوسرے سے مخفی رکھی جائے ۔
