الملخص

This study examines the influence of mutawatir Quranic recitations on doctrinal discourse in Surah Ash-Shura, with a focus on the tonal differences between Meccan and Medinan surahs. Meccan surahs, such as Ash-Shura, adopt a severe tone to address polytheists opposing monotheism and Muhammad's prophethood, while Medinan surahs employ a calm, instructional tone for the believing community. Employing inductive, descriptive, and analytical methodologies, the research explores the role of recitations in shaping doctrinal messages. The findings reveal that mutawatir recitations enhance the clarity and interpretation of verses, particularly regarding God's names and attributes, and underscore the Quran's linguistic and semantic coherence and uniqueness
