To accomplish its objective, the research adopts a content analysis approach, concentrating on Abi Suleiman's primary works, namely, "The Crisis of the Muslim Mind," "The Issue of Methodology in Islamic Thought," and "The Crisis of Education and Conscience," along with other pertinent literature. The findings highlight that Abi Suleiman's writings illuminate diverse dimensions of the crisis faced by the Muslim Ummah, including methodological and intellectual challenges, emotional and educational aspects, as well as theoretical and philosophical considerations. In his reform endeavour, he successfully amalgamated theoretical concepts with practical applications, incorporating field activities and concrete work. The examination of the three aforementioned books underscores Abi Suleiman's commitment to reviewing historical reform efforts comprehensively. Furthermore, these texts reveal interconnected dimensions within Abi Suleiman's reform initiative, serving as focal points around which his other literary works orbit.

This research employs a descriptive and analytical approach, focusing on Quranic verses that discuss failure. By delving into the Quran, we aim to understand the philosophy of failure as outlined in its verses, shedding light on its origin and Quranic reasons. Through this study, it becomes evident that the root cause of failure in the Quran is linked to non-compliance with divine and prophetic leadership, resulting in discord and disagreement, whether on an individual or collective level. Furthermore, failure is intricately tied to worldly attachments, indulgence in desires, and submission to them. The study reveals that the cause of failure lies within the individual, manifested through conflict, disobedience, impatience, and the understanding that success is not intrinsic but rather a divine grant contingent upon fulfilling its conditions. The Quranic perspective categorizes failures into four types, encompassing the wrongdoer, disbeliever, criminal, and sorcerer, under which all varieties of failures fall.
This research addresses a significant contemporary discourse surrounding the influence of jurisprudence on medical matters, particularly those about accidents and, more specifically, medical interventions on the human body. While such interventions are not novel to our era, tracing their roots back to ancient practices such as nose and teeth implants, advancements in science have enabled a considerable enhancement in altering, removing, or correcting organ structures, commonly referred to as plastic surgeries. This study seeks to elucidate the application of certain legal principles to plastic surgeries, specifically those encapsulated in the doctrines of "preventing mischiefs is better than bringing benefits" and "necessities overrule prohibitions." It aims to underscore the execution of these principles in the realm of plastic surgeries, delineating their impact and benefits, and emphasizing the imperative consideration of these principles by medical practitioners and their clientele before undertaking such procedures.

This research dealt with a sensitive and serious issue at the same time.
