أثر التفسير الجغرافي للسيرة النبوية في القرآن الكريم في الترجيح بين أقوال المفسرين
The effect of geographical interpretation Prophet’s biography in the Holy Qur’an in preferring commentators opinions
Abstract
This research aims to elucidate the impact of the geographical dimensions of locations where events from the Prophet’s biography took place as described in the Holy Qur'an. By examining various interpretations, the study identifies how physical geography influenced the exegesis of key events such as the Battles of Badr and Uhud, the Battle of Khandaq, the Conquest of Mecca, the rituals of Hajj, and the description of the Cave of Thawr. Through analysis and comparison with contemporary geographical realities, supported by images and videos available on the Internet, the study demonstrates that geographical interpretation is a crucial factor in understanding the Holy Qur'an. One of the significant findings is that geographical context serves as a foundational principle for interpretation and enhances the understanding of the Qur'anic text.
